Vlog 800kcals two days a week



800kcals per day for 2 days a week. Any point for fat loss?

Not really.

I’m not suggesting employing a fasting protocol is an awful thing to do and is pointless, but all diets look to bring about one result.

A calorie deficit.

If you are looking to lose weight, focussing on what your diet is like over the week is far more beneficial.

If you are eating 800 over two days you still need to be aware of what you’re eating for the other 5.

Make it easy for yourself.

Track your food daily, figure out how much you need to eat to maintain your weight, then cut it down.

500kcals per day is a good start.

Take some pics, measurements, weight and be consistent for the next few weeks.

And yep it takes time.
