Keeping is simple. @danthomas.pt

I’m actually a bit of a fan of intermittent fasting and use it myself.
–
However it is not necessary when it comes to fat loss as it is essentially just another way of creating a caloric deficit.
–
Preferably I’d recommend cutting your weekly calorie need to create the deficit.
–
It just keeps things easy, you can borrow from one day to the other so social events aren’t a barrel of questions.
–
You don’t have to field questions from people wondering why on earth you’re starving for 24hrs or more!!
–
Furthermore this more flexible approach removes the restriction you may have put yourself through with diets historically.
–
Couple that with increased activity and going to a scary gym or exercise class, allowing you to enjoy the foods you always have occasionally within a set target, keeps things simple and keeps adherence high.
–
Problem is it takes much longer, but the results are long lasting.
