Main Gym – Our powerhouse. Packed with everything you need for strength and cardio training, the main gym is set up with:
Free weights (4kg to 40kg dumbbells)
Treadmills, rowers, and ski erg
Barbells, plates (1.25kg to 25kg), and a Smith machine for serious lifting.
