In our Circuit Training sessions, you will work through 10-15 exercise stations, for a varied amount of time. Completing exercises focused on Upper and Lower Body, Core and Muscular endurance. This 30-45min session will challenge to your stamina, strength and co-ordination.
Great for all abilities as exercises are to a time limit and have a variety of options, you can work as hard as you like & rest when you need to. Make sure you pick the appropriate option for you to get the best out of your session.
Circuit Training sessions run on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at various times, including lunchtime.
