Strength & Conditioning

As the title suggests. There are two elements to this session. One part works on getting you stronger at a particular weighted movement. Typically a variation of Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press and an Overhead Press. The second is a faster paced circuit variation based on the strength move of that session. Great fun and plenty of cheering each other on.

Our sessions run on a Tuesday @1800 and Friday @1330.
