It is time to join us for some deep restorative stretching, balance, core and strength work, in one of our two weekly Yoga sessions, held at our gym in Tewkesbury.

Our Yoga sessions are instructed by qualified and experienced instructors who always offer a challenging and rewarding session, but we encourage you to move at your own pace.
So you gradually improve when performing the poses and feel amazing at the same time.
Our Yoga sessions take place in the evening on a Monday and Wednesday at 18:45 – 19:45.
