Why is it we always ‘start on Monday?’

‘Right that’s it, I’ll start it on Monday!’

The new you, new regime, new habits, start on a ‘Monday!’

Why? 

Saying you are going to do something is means nothing, until you actually start doing it! So start, now, today! Why wait? 

The one thing that makes me roll my eyes with an internal ‘Whatever’ is when I bump into people I know, who are not members, but have expressed an interest in the past, and say.. 

‘Oh I am going to come down and join, honest… it’s just…!’ 

It’s the ‘going to do’ that never happens. Well just get on and do! 

It doesn’t bother me if you are here training, or with a mate of mine who owns a gym, or with another local competitor. As owners we either know each other, know of each other and have certainly had some interaction. 

We all want you to train where you like and enjoy it, making progress! 

Progress comes from ‘doing’, not ‘going to do’. 

So get on and do! 

And you’ll be amazed at what you achieve!
